Do you accept insurance?

Our office is equipped to handle auto accident claims with Med-Pay coverage only.  If you would like insurance reimbursement for your office visit from a group health or individual health policy you may be provided with a superbill that you can submit yourself to your insurance company.  (top)

Do you accept Medicare?

We participate with Medicare, but we do not accept assignment. You will be asked to pay for the appointment at the time of your visit. We will then bill Medicare for you and Medicare will reimburse you directly, usually within 6-8 weeks. Medicare pays only for the chiropractic manipulative therapy or adjustment. (top)

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cannot make your scheduled appointment time please call and reschedule. We require a 24 hour notice for appointment cancellations so that we can offer that time to a wait-listed or emergency patient. The fee for an appointment not canceled with 24- hour notice is the full amount due for the session.(top)

What happens if I am late to my appointment?

In order to help us stay on schedule and decrease patient wait times, we kindly ask that patients arrive on time for their appointments. Patients who arrive 10 or more minutes late may be asked to reschedule. (top)
